The patient had braces and several missing teeth. To restore function and aesthetics, two implant-supported bridges were placed on the upper part, along with four individual implants on the lower part.

The result was complemented by gingivectomy surgery, achieving a more harmonious and aesthetic gingival contour. The before-and-after comparison shows how she went from an incomplete smile to a comprehensive restoration that combines stability, function, and a much more attractive smile design.
